Please register here

  • ‘NI number’ is your National Insurance number.
  • ‘Worker Id’ is your Worker Id.
Once registered you will receive an email from the system. Please activate your account by clicking on the link in the email.

Your Worker Id is shown on your payslip as 'Temp. No.'
  1. You have ‘not registered’ for ePayeTime. Register here
  2. You have not typed in your user name and password exactly as you registered them – including all spaces, and in the correct case.
  3. Cookies are disabled. These are small files that are passed back and fourth which allow us to determine that you have logged in. Your browser help should be able assist how you check this.
  4. Your internet browser does not have TLS Enabled.
    TLS provides secure communications between our servers and your browser. Consult the help documentation for your own browser for more details on enabling TLS.
  5. There is NOT a 'no entry' sign at the bottom of the login screen - this would denote your browser is not allowing us to store cookies on your machine. By double clicking on the 'no entry' sign, you can override this instruction.
  6. You can access https://epaydemo.esos.co.uk. If not, this suggests a problem with TLS or connectivity to our site, please contact your browser provider or ISP for further help.

If none of the above help, please try re-registering with a different user name and password or e-mail: info@networkmarketingjobs.com with details of the error message and the steps you have taken.

Whilst logged in, select Payslips from the navigation and then the PDF icon. From your PDF viewer, select the Print button to print your payslip.

No, once you have successfully registered for ePayeTime, you will no longer receive posted pay advices.

It isn’t. Payment advices are dated for the week worked, not the date paid. I.e. For work completed w/e 07/12/16, your payment advice will be dated 07/12/16, and this amount will be paid into your bank on the following Friday, 14/12/16. (Your paper payment advices followed the same dating convention)

When you register, you will be able to see all payment advices for the last 6 months. You're first notification of a new ePay payslip will come the next time you are paid.

You can speak directly to your Payroll Department.

Please check that your e-mail address is correct (log in to ePay -> Profile -> MyProfile). If it is correct, please contact us to investigate.

To view your payment advice in Acrobat you need to have Adobe Acrobat reader installed on your PC. Many devices already have built in support for PDF's. If you're running Windows or Mac OS visit the following link to download a free version of Acrobat Reader https://get.adobe.com/uk/reader/

Yes, Whilst logged in, select Payslips from the navigation and then the PDF icon. From your PDF viewer, you should see a save icon which will allow you to save the PDF

No, You will need to log online to your epayetime account to view your payslips.

Your ePayeTime account stores your payslips for the last 6 months. For older payslips, please contact your branch directly.

This is the Manager you report to who will be listed in the 'Approver' drop-down list. If for any reason your Manager is not listed please contact your branch consultant.

Your eTimesheet is normally approved by the end of business on the first Monday after it has been submitted. Once authorised, a notification will be sent to you via email (provided you opted in for this type of notification).
